Pain & muscle tension
For people experiencing tightness, soreness or discomfort that is affecting day-to-day movement and activity.
Whether you are dealing with pain, muscle tension, an injury, restricted movement or the physical demands of everyday life, our Registered Massage Therapists take the time to assess what is going on and build a treatment plan around your goals and comfort.

Your RMT appointment can include assessment, discussion of your goals and comfort, hands-on treatment, reassessment and recommendations for self-care or movement when appropriate.
Your therapist will ask what brings you in, relevant health history, your goals and any preferences or boundaries that should guide the appointment.
Assessment may include observation, movement, palpation and other clinically relevant checks to help guide the treatment plan.
Your therapist will explain the approach and keep you involved in decisions about the areas treated, positioning, pressure and overall comfort.
Depending on your needs, your RMT may discuss home care, activity modifications, movement or when it may make sense to return.
For your first RMT appointment with the clinic, please call us rather than booking a subsequent-treatment option online. This helps us match you with a therapist who is accepting new patients and has availability that fits.
If we are unable to answer, leave a message with your name, contact information and a few days or times that work well for you.
