Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If adequate notice is not provided, the full appointment fee is the patient's responsibility.

For people who qualify for MSP Supplementary Benefits, MSP contributes $23 per visit toward eligible supplementary services.
The annual limit is 10 visits combined per calendar year across acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy and non-surgical podiatry.
Eligible ICBC customers may access pre-approved treatment during the first 12 weeks after a crash, subject to ICBC's current rules and claim eligibility.

Bodykneads currently bills eligible RCMP and Veterans Affairs Canada benefits through Medavie Blue Cross.

Patients are asked to contact the clinic before booking. Under the clinic's current arrangement, patients may be required to sign a consent form, pay the clinic's scheduled appointment fee and acknowledge that those receipts are not submitted to WorkSafeBC for reimbursement.
Not necessarily. Your plan may have deductibles, annual limits, co-insurance, referral requirements or other restrictions. Any balance not paid by your insurer remains your responsibility.
