All the Massage Therapists (RMTs) at Bodykneads are members of the Massage Therapists Assoc. of BC (MTA) and are in good standing with our governing body, The College of Massage Therapists.
They are all experienced in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Pre-Post Natal Massage, myocardial release, as well as many other techniques that will improve overall wellness. All patients are assessed and treated for their individual needs and conditions. We do our utmost to provide a comfortable, patient-focused treatment environment. Your needs, boundaries and concerns will always be our highest priority.
At our clinic, we have an unwavering commitment to the concept of BALANCE. As therapists, we practice maintaining a healthy work/life balance, and encourage our patients to do the same.
Our clinic environment, while medically based in treatment, has a fundamental focus on providing SANCTUARY to our valued patients. We provide medically-based treatment in a laid-back, respectful and supportive environment. We acknowledge the value of the time and money you are investing in your wellness, and strive to provide you with the highest level of physical health and a sense of sanctuary from the hectic pace of modern life.

Marla Brown, RMT
Marla Brown brings her kind personality and genuine sense of caring, along with many years of experience and technical expertise to her practice. She has a very loyal following of long-time patients and as such is typically unable to see new patients. Marla is a bright light in and around the office and is looking forward to welcoming you to Bodykneads Massage Therapy Clinic.
Harman Gulati, RMT
Harman is a graduate from the CDI College Massage Therapy Program. With a passion for healing and years of experience, Harman is dedicated to providing individualized care that caters to the unique needs of every patient.

During his leisure time, Harman enjoys the company of his family and friends, takes pleasure in baking, and participating in weightlifting activities.
Meexay Rattana, RMT
Meexay is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, boasting over three years of hands-on experience in the field of massage therapy. He proudly graduated from the CDI College Massage Therapy program in March 2023. Meexay's unique background in athletics, encompassing football, rugby, weight training, and powerlifting, provides him with a distinct perspective on neuromuscular movement patterns. This perspective allows him to deliver highly effective clinical-based treatments.

Meexay is versatile in his massage modalities and firmly believes in the therapeutic potential of touch for both healing and relaxation. He specializes in addressing issues such as neck, back, and shoulder pain, lower back discomfort, and lower limb tension. His skill set includes proficiency in Swedish Massage, Petrissage, Sports Massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, PNF, and Joint Mobilization.

Beyond his professional expertise, Meexay is a passionate fitness enthusiast who finds joy in activities like weight training and powerlifting. He also has a deep appreciation for the culinary arts and enjoys exploring new flavors. In his leisure time, you can find him out in nature, either hiking or traveling to new and exciting destinations.

Meexay is unwavering in his commitment to helping clients attain their wellness objectives, approaching each case with a comprehensive clinical methodology.  John Lees, RMT
John is a recent graduate from the CDI College Massage Therapy Program. Before starting his massage program he spent 3 years at Douglas  College for Sport Science learning about the biomechanics of the human body.

He utilizes a variety of massage techniques that include; Swedish massage, trigger point
therapy, PNF stretching, and deep tissue massage.
In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, running, hiking and karate.
Sheradyn Quast, RMT
Sheradyn finished CDI’s 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapy Program in October of 2022. She has a passion in aiding her patients down the road to relief of chronic or
acute pain, stress or injuries. She strives to develop a unique treatment and home care plan for
each individual patient and truly believes in the power of the mind body connection and how it
translates to physical wellness.

Sheradyn utilizes techniques such as Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point
Release therapy and Myofascial Release in her treatments. She also encourages patients to
focus on breathing practices and stretching both in the treatment room, and everyday life.
In her leisure time, Sheradyn loves to whip up culinary creations, experience new road
trip sights and host a good campfire party with family and friends.
 Karanveer Rai, RMT
Karanveer completed her Massage Therapy diploma at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. During her time at WCCMT, she gained knowledge and experience working with a wide variety of individuals - from varsity athletes to patients with long term disabilities. In her treatments, she incorporates various modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and active/passive stretching, etc.

Karanveer is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals. She believes that client education is an important part of the treatment; it allows patients to be a part of their therapeutic journey.

In her spare time, Karanveer likes to go out in nature, try new recipes and play basketball and volleyball!

Jessica Verge, RMT
Jessy is a dedicated massage therapist with 4 years of experience, having graduated from the prestigious Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Having recently relocated to Abbotsford, she's enthusiastic about the opportunity to connect with new patients. Jessy's approach to massage therapy is characterized by her diverse skill set, including proficiency in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Trigger Point Release. Her primary focus is on tailoring each session to address individual patient needs, whether it's injury rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, stress management, or trauma-informed care.

Beyond her therapeutic work, Jessy enjoys the beauty of the outdoors, indulges in art, and cherishes quality time spent with family and friends.
 Neetu Hans, RMT
Neetu is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy diploma program from CDI College.

In the course of her education, she learned to experience different treatment techniques and explored different settings including Sports and Women's clinics as well as a nursing home. Neetu has experience in different modalities such as myofascial release, Swedish, trigger point therapy, pre and post-natal care, as well as muscle energy techniques.

Neetu loves working with clients by helping them maintain a healthy lifestyle or helping them return to optimal performance.

During Neetu's free time she likes to spend her time outdoors with her daughter and also watches a lot of movies. She loves going camping around BC and tries to go to a new campsite each time.

Thomas is dedicated to continuous improvement, striving to improve the lives of patients through his wealth of training and experience. Witnessing the positive outcomes of his treatments serves as a driving force, igniting his passion for his profession.

In his approach to treatment, Thomas emphasizes attentive listening and tailors therapeutic plans to suit each individual's needs for optimal health. He utilizes a range of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, and Muscle Energy Techniques to address both underlying causes and symptoms.

Beyond his professional life, Thomas maintains a focus on health by remaining active and engaging in outdoor pursuits such as gardening, camping, hiking, and watching films. Spending quality time with loved ones continues to be a cornerstone of his well-rounded lifestyle.

Registered Acupuncturist
Rebecca Goodfellow gained Dr. TCM, Herbalist and Acupuncturist education in Canada and is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) with CTCMA (Chinese Member Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia). She finished her S.A.I.T. (Society of Acupoint Injection Therapy) Certification and Sports Acupuncture Certification and enjoys continuous education to upgrade her skills for the benefit of her clients.

Grace is currently a student studying Registered Massage Therapy at CDI College and is set to graduate in May of 2024. She excels in the use of swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, and myofascial release techniques.

 In her spare time, you’ll find her tending to her small, but growing, hobby farm, camping with her partner Matt, spending time with her family, her horse, Freja and her two dogs, Moose and Aja.

 She is looking forward to working and learning from her coworkers at Bodykneads Massage Therapy Clinic and is excited to grow in her RMT career journey and welcomes the opportunity to become an important part of your health and wellness plan!
